A partner might advise on an operational process, assist with board development, refine a communications strategy, or bring relevant experience to a growth challenge.
No. Summits often spark connections, but KICs can also grow from other Barnabas KC relationships and conversations.
Barnabas KC considers a ministry’s specific need alongside a partner’s skills, interests, and availability. The aim is a useful connection with a clear purpose.
No. Each connection has its own scope. Some involve advice or a defined project; others grow into a longer relationship. Financial support or a formal role is never assumed.
